Zero File Retention. Any .sql, .csv,
or schema files uploaded to MetaDataLoop are processed in memory only for the
purpose of generating metadata insights. These files are never stored,
logged, retained, or backed up on our servers and are
never shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Authentication and access control are handled using secure, industry-standard mechanisms. Credentials are never stored in plain text, and all sensitive operations are protected using modern encryption and access-control practices.
MetaDataLoop may collect limited, non-identifiable usage metadata to improve platform reliability, performance, and user experience. This data does not include the contents of uploaded files or customer-owned datasets.
